Throughout the past year, Team SAGEN made significant strides in our various fields of intervention. From developing more courses and increasing access to capacity building measures, to supporting municipalities in the nation’s provinces. Above achieving the history-making stride of supporting the development of a new market code for South Africa’s electricity sector. These are but a few of the 2024 achievements we are celebrating with fondness.

With the start of a new year, we maintain a renewed commitment to our purpose to support our partners and our mission to improve South Africa’s renewable energy sector. Whilst we recognise the challenges that lie ahead, particularly in the face of a climate emergency, we are confident in our ability to make a positive impact.
