Intern in Gender Mainstreaming in Energy

Gomolemo Peta is currently serving as an Intern in Gender Mainstreaming in Energy under the SAGEN Programme. In this role, she supports initiatives aimed at integrating gender perspectives into the energy sector, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable energy transition in South Africa. Gomolemo has an academic background in Political Science and International Relations. She is passionate about promoting gender equality and inclusive policymaking, aiming to contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s just energy transition.
