Mpho is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the Petrochemical Industry. Holding a PhD in Catalysis Chemistry, an MSc in Polymer Chemistry, a BSc in Physics, and a Certificate in Environmental Management, Mpho is currently completing an MM in Energy Leadership to further enhance expertise in the dynamic energy industry.

In the previous role at Sasol Energy, Mpho served as a Senior Technical Advisor in Process Optimization for Fuels Operations. Before that, as a Research Scientist at Sasol Technology Research & Development, Mpho successfully coordinated complex multi-disciplinary projects supporting chemicals & refining operations. The combined expertise lies in research and development, project management, process and technology development, and innovative idea generation.
