We are inviting women professionals to apply for the Utility Exchange Programme.
If you’re working in South Africa’s Electricity Distribution Industry (EDI) or Municipal Electricity Trading Services Reform (MTSR), this is your opportunity to strengthen your technical and leadership capabilities, exchange knowledge with German utility professionals, and build an international network of peers shaping the future of the energy sector.
Who can apply?
Applicants must:
- Be employed by a metropolitan municipality, municipal electricity department or municipal utility.
- Hold a senior technical, specialist or managerial role directly involved in or supporting EDI or MTSR implementation.
- Have at least 7 years’ relevant experience in the electricity, energy or utility sector.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management, supervisory or technical leadership role.
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.
