Advisor for Communications, Monitoring, and Evaluation

Julia Ntoagae is an accomplished advisor for communications, monitoring, and evaluation, currently serving on the SAGEN programme. With extensive experience in digital strategy, brand communication, and stakeholder engagement, she has held leadership roles at esteemed organisations. Her career highlights include driving impactful digital strategies, managing high-level external communications, and fostering meaningful relationships to support organisational goals. 

 Julia holds a BCom in Marketing and Management Sciences. She plans on undertaking her honours and master’s degree to deepen her expertise and expand her contributions to the field.
